Villa Malusa is only a few kms away from the wonders of the Campania region especially that around Salerno: it is a meeting point between the Cilentian and the Amalfitan coast. It is near to national Park of Cillento and Diano Valley and only few kms away from so many beautiful landscapes.

Paestum: the cradle of the Greek civilisation
|
Paestum, is the most important Greek archaeological site south of Naples. It was known as Poseidonia, by the Greeks who found it at the extreme point of the Sele plain, back in the sixth century B.C.: the Basilica or temple of Hera (middle Vth century B.C.) the temple of Neptune (Vth century B.C.) the largest and the better preserved temple and of Ceres. The excavations have brought to light the ruins of a very antique city, with is public and religious building, streets and fortified walls: all those archaeological remains made up of Tombal paintings and treasures, votive offerings in terracotta and fragments of statues and architectonics are kept in a Museum.

Villa Malusa - National Park Of Cilento: KM 9 |
The National Park axtend for about 180,00 including a very large part of the Salerno province in Capania, and it is without doubt one of the most important biogeografical complex in Italy. It includes 8 mountain communities (alburni, alento, monte stella, bussento, calore salernitano, gelbison e cervati, lambro e mingardo, tanagro, valle di diano) and other 80 comunes.

The caverns of Castelcivita have developed
for about 5km with a maximum depth of about 52m: this suggestive
environment is characterised by so many stalactites and stalagmites,
limestone falls, columms of particular shapes and profiles which
have given life to a series of natural elements. Eg: the room
of the lemons, the Cathedral, etc…
